Definitions

Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions and the use by the User of the Website shall be governed by the laws of Kenya and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenya in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Website and/or any transactions made on the Website, or these terms and conditions.
Refunding Donations
If The Children’s Society has made an administrative error in handling your donation e.g. if we’ve accidentally taken two payments, we will of course be happy to refund. However, please be aware that errors of this nature will normally be settled by your bank and credit/debit card issuer who will then claim the money back from us. Modification
Baerbel Jennert Foundation may update, revise, supplement, modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any updates, revisions, supplements, modifications or amendments shall be effective immediately upon its posting on the Site. You agree that you will be bound by this Agreement, however and whenever it is updated, revised, supplemented, modified, or amended, whether you have actual or constructive notice of, and whether you have used or continue to use the Site after, the updates, revisions, supplements, modifications or amendments.
Governing Law and Venue
